      I don't think there is any pros after reading the current reviews posted here.

      Cons

      I can recommend this company for freshers who want to learn something new without much expectation for salary. I was reading the review and surprise to see that this company has not changed in last 13 years, I worked with this company 13 years back, that time all employees used to cry for their monthly salary. I had to leave this company since the salary was due for 3 months. All the issues mentioned by other reviewers were exist 13 years back as well, they have forfeited one to six months salaries of almost of their employee

      1. Employee will get many chances to learn new things. 2. In case you want to learn sommething other then your working section team mates will support. 3. Guidance by Kamal Sir will lead you to growth on the basis of real world scenario.

      Cons

      Only one. Process orientation and documentation work at the end of month is very hectic.
