Pros

Good if you have nothing else going on or are desperate for a job. Even then, keep looking. Good if you like to work all hours of the day, night, weekends, and Holidays! Good if you like an environment where you are constantly watching your back and can't trust anyone. Good if you like to wonder if the company will make it past the next quarter! Great place if you like to wear multiple hats AKA want to do multiple jobs for the price of barely one! Lovely place if you want to be lied to about your earning potential. Excellent place for getting anxiety and trauma due to constant workplace toxicity. The place to be if you like to sit in an office 5 days a week being watched like a hawk and everything you say and don't say will be used against you.

Cons

Not so great place if you are looking for growth, motivation, and care about your mental health. Not a great place if you like to feel good about yourself and having your boundaries respected. Not the place to make friends. There are spies everywhere! Watch your back. Document everything. Especially things to do with money or anything you feel uncomfortable with. I wish you the best of luck and as I mentioned, if you are considering this place, run the other way. If you are already here, I hope you take my advice and start looking for a job in a real company.

Pros

- I worked with some really nice people and made lifetime friends.

Cons

- I got let go after 6 months here because of poor planning and management. - Before accepting the job, I was between two job options when I received an offer from both... I had chosen Job B. PingPong begged me to join, would not stop calling me and emailing me to get me on board. Once I decided to accept all was fine, I moved to New York City from Florida for the job. Spent a lot of money doing so. Was told it was hybrid, two days remote... that changed within the first two months where we were required in-office all week. - Lunch was provided only once a week and transit is not covered. Despite haivng to be in every day. - I was told I'd get two weeks severance after my final paycheck, this was a lie. - I was told that my relocation assistance was "negotiated so I did not have to pay it back" after they let me go. - A lot of lying, sketchiness and zero transparency on what is happening within the company. I was specifically told not to discuss things with certain people and teams. I feel completely screwed over.
