      Pros

      Fair comes to the salary. Ping An is considered as tier 1 company in china, so all the compliance and working environment was top tier.

      Cons

      Securities is one of the smaller arm in Ping An Insurance Group, and since it is not a listed company, all the finance comes from the group and the whole securities company is not big as other top investment banks.

      Big group that has diversified business lines, may have internal transfer opportunities too.

      Cons

      Not so systematical in role design, full time IBD analysts need to wear multiple hats in the same time with limited support from back office/facilities. Bonus of full times delivers over 2-3 years instead of 1 year, e.g, only gets 50% right at the evaluation month after the performance year, then 25% in the next year, then 25% in the next next.
