      Pros

      Flexible schedule and thats it.

      Cons

      They have good sales people in middle and upper management. A company that’s quickly growing- with horrible morals and ethical values. They do not have an HR department, IT, nor financial. The place is crumbling from the inside out- and somehow staying afloat by suckering in property owners with empty promises (same with the hiring process). Don’t expect equal pay, treatment, or honesty from this lot: they will do whatever it takes to make their page pretty.

      Pros

      Allow you to grow, don't micro manage, pay is decent, retirement savings is great.

      Cons

      Vice President runs the company and is in over her head. There are only two people in the office who are decision makers, one is Terry the ceo, the other is Tricia who is now the vice president. They do not know what they're doing and affordable housing, and negatively impact the owners that they oversee properties for. They overspend money on things that don't need to be spent and the vice president uses the money for her own personal game. Both Terry and Tricia go on vacation every other week. And Tricia really runs everything when Terry needs to be more involved has Tricia is bringing down the company.
