organization has lot of resources and good benefits, clear communication from leadership. they clearly value employees
Cons
the leadership and workload in the kitchen space specifically is poorly managed and you'll end up doing a lot more social work than cooking if you're not careful. The leader of the kitchen staff does not help with labor and will fire people easily.
