Pros
1. Great work life balance, in fact one of the best anyone can expect. 2. No micro-management. 3. Healthy work environment and no sense of competition. 4. Small sized teams and hence roles and responsibility are clearly defined. 5. Extremely helpful for freshers as it gives them a very supportive platform to learn and explore things.
Cons
All luxury comes with a price, although the perks in working with Qwikcilver are numerous, there are some that are somewhat like two sides of a coin: 1. Pretty bad HR, especially the Head HR, are totally self centered and not at all employee friendly. 2. Low salary(but that is somewhat reasonable as the working hours are pretty less and the pressure is also not that much). 3. Many incompetant people are sitting in the company and their value to the company is pretty low, it's just that they have been sticking with the company since long.
