Pine Country has been a great place to work. It has a small company feel. The people are great to work with. Each day brings something new. No monotony. My hard work has been noticed and appreciated.

The only thing I could ask for is perhaps some more vacation/sick leave.

you get to do the deals from beginning to end so its all you.

Having to work for the owner of the company. He is a owner who doesn't know the meaning of the word manager. You would spend all day working for free changing the entire lot then he would come in and tell you he wants it a different way. this is one example of his micro management. He also likes to get as much free labor as possible so you build trailers for free help service and prep anything you sell including RV when you sell them. as comparison any normal dealership would have service do all of this not the 100% Commission salesman. lots of work but if the owner can get floor traffic in its good pay.
