I felt guilty when I left work - CNA Pine Acres Employee Review

Management is clueless about how much their residents and workers go through. In order to save money they would cram three residents into a tiny room. There was no shift change report so staff were never told what happened during the previous shift. The nursing administration did not know my name after 4 years of working there. I did not know who the DON was until my 2nd year at the facility. I felt guilty leaving work everyday because I knew i was leaving my residents in that environment.
