There are so many things if I talk about this organization this is my first job and the kind of support I am getting from this organization as we all know sales is really tough job and lot's of pressure in this profession but when you have right leaders to guide you not only by TL but i get support from my General Manager, Branch head they do one on one interaction with us if we are unable to compete the task they try to find out the problem and then give the best suggestion, so at last I just say I had a really good experience with this organization till now.
Cons
As it is a sales job you might face pressure or you also feel low but in the end if you dedicated to to your work you can overcome with this problem also.
