As I said, the students are so diverse but the teachers are all white and middle class Oxbridge educated. Which isn't a bad thing on its own, but it means there's a bit of distance between the staff and students in terms of fully understanding their experiences, and perhaps some white saviourism going on. Also means the students don't get many role models who share similar identifiers with them
