In my 15 years of professional experience I had never encountered so many unprofessional occurrences. The pay isn't worth it. Managers expect you to do work that they themselves are incapable of--and then will tell you that you're doing it wrong. If you're passionate about helping your community, there are plenty of other places to do it... that pay better.
