Pros
The people are amazing, with good intentions, vacation time and work from home option.
Cons
The low pay doesn't equal the amount of work people in the lower positions put in, direct hiring practices, is who you know, that's how you advance. Take the initiative they tell you but if you do, we will cut your wings and demoralize you. On boarding is nonexistent, no training, train yourself mentality.
