Pros

I have never felt more appreciated and cared for at a company that HappyHour. The amount of respect, understanding, and realism this company has is fantastic. I never feel frightened to speak up, confrontation is handled wonderfully, and you do not ever feel inferior or looked down on by other employees. It is a remote role, so you can build your schedule and have the flexibility that works for wherever you are in the world. Our company is comprised of individuals who are passionate about travel and helping others. That also means helping you as an employee to grow as a person and be cared for as an individual. Finding joy, problem-solving, and being data-driven are all values that we try to emulate in our work and how we conduct business relations internally and externally at HappyHour. It is a startup, so you will get to be apart of the creative process and help build the company from the ground up. This means that you can add value where you see fit, and be apart of something new.

Cons

It is a remote role (as of now), so if you struggle being on a computer for your work, zoom calls, and not being face-to-face, then this might not be the perfect fit for you. It is a startup! We move fast and things are changing every day. If you need extreme structure and daily outlines of what your role will be, maybe come back when we are a bit more established :)

Pros

Lots of opportunities to learn from others and grow within your role. People really care about helping you out and are open to all ideas/opinions you have. Regular check in meetings during remote work help to clarify doubts and the company is always looking for ways to improve current strategies and processes. Another amazing plus is the flexibility when it comes to working hours and scheduling meetings - team is always willing to make things work for everyone.

Cons

Some evening meetings due to remote work for now. Probably will change in the future so not really a con!
