I'm always excited to see our pipeline of developed and developing tech. + Opportunities to work on a variety of problems, ranging from core algorithm development to enterprise integration. I am always learning something new.

+ Hours can be on the longer side (however, I have found that when I do need to draw boundaries around my work availability, they are respected) + Integrating code can sometimes be a painful process, especially when many engineers are involved.

-Technology is interesting, lots of opportunity for technical growth. -Office life is great. -Flat organization, everything and everyone is available with little bureaucracy. -Everyone is friendly, helpful, and smart, which helps you be more productive on your own work. Never worry about being alone on a project. -Most on the team are self-starting which is a pro in that things get fixed/done when needed.

-Most on the team are self-starting which is a con in that things will change very often and suddenly. You'll just have to deal with it. -During crunch times there will often be synchronization issues due to multiple persons working on the same code. -Learning curve can be steep, YMMV.
