      Pros

      Great, flexible work environment, and a lot of opportunity for growth. John Pilmer is a good mentor who expects the best for the clients, which will drive you to perform better than you think. A lot of leadership opportunities.

      Cons

      Must be self-disciplined and focused to work from home. Smaller PR firm doesn't have all of the perks of a large agency, but that's offset by the benefits of flexibility and leadership opportunities.

      Pros

      I have worked with PilmerPR for the past 6 years and really enjoy it. The hours are flexible and, because I am a contractor, I get to take on the tasks that interest me according to my own talents and abilities. John Pilmer is open to new ideas and sticks up for his employees.

      Cons

      1099, No benefits, Small team means that occasionally we are overwhelmed with work.

      work from home get to enjoy being a stay at home mom and working around family John is very flexible and understand with family schedule take on lots of leadership roles and try new things

      Disciple to work from home being accountable to yourself can be hard team is small so there's lots to do
