      Pros

      Very high school mentality from Copay Leadership. If they do not like you, count your days. They use tactics like bullying, gas lighting, belittling and then they cover it by using the term "we are coaching you". They will instruct you to do a task one way then a few days later follow up and change then state you did it wrong in order to write you up. If you are a person of color also be careful due to many racist actions take place. HR has received many complaints about team members about mental health and racism, however they do nothing about it.

      Pros

      Remote. Job is not difficult especially if you worked pharmacy. As long as you have discipline to work from home you will do great.

      Changing of the healthcare industry means changes that management has to monitor.

      Working remote, coworkers are fabulous.

      "Leadership" is not the correct term for management. I would use "high school clique of mean girls" to describe them better. Fickle, jealous, retaliatory, deceitful, and truly bad at their jobs. Hell hath no fury like a bottle blonde Missourian. Every day a "policy or procedure" was changed. Told something on Monday? By Wednesday you were asked why you were doing it that way, we're not doing it that way anymore. The whiplash was exhausting. But don't worry! The company is making a TON of money and winning all sorts of awards. Cue the bosses piling more work from more clients onto a drowning team while they clink glasses at another awards ceremony.
