      Nice working environment and good paid with flexible schedule

      As a adjunct faculty I wasn't that involved on the daily operations so it is hard to identify any negative things.

      WFH Fridays was good at least.

      Cons

      Way too many people in management that shouldn't be. Way too many meetings and left little time to do your actual work. Everything is urgent
