Pros
Working with the same people everyday. Insurance is surprisingly good.
Cons
There is no consistency in disciplinary actions for any policy infractions. The point system is completely broken and there is only 1 personal day that is available in a rolling 6 month time frame. 5 days vacation after a year, with the type of work that is required, is not acceptable. Upper management only cares about the bottom line. Managers frequently micromanage areas and undermine the supervisors that work in them. To cut it short, there are only two things that management cares about. *shipping product and *who needs to be blamed when there's an issue.
