Pros
There are some very kind and dedicated folks working here, but they are not enough to outweigh the overall oppressive environment.
Cons
The threat of losing your job or having projects being taken away are regularly used to get employees to work criminally long hours for unfair pay. The executives make little to no effort to mask their disdain for their employees, going so far as to mock them publicly during company-wide events and meetings. Employees are often terminated with no warning or explanation. More effort is focused on placing blame rather than creating solutions. "Fair" and "Right" are not words in the pilgrim lexicon. This is not a company where your hardwork and dedication will pay off, if anything, employees are made to feel they are not good enough to work anywhere else.
