100% remote, travel opportunities, growth opportunities, great leadership, wholesome company culture, no micromanaging, provided subsidies and bonuses/raises, work/life balance

Cons

The company is based in Malaysia so if you're located in a different country, sometimes communication is a bit difficult and the work can be very asynchronous, depending on the role. I didn't mind but some people might.

The people are amazing, and the company has big plans to try to continue to grow.

Cons

If you're not in the HQ office in Penang, working as a remote employee is a 2nd-class experience. There are cultural and communications breakdowns.
