      Pros

      This is a place where diversity and inclusion is embraced. I loved working every day with lots of people with different background, views, and ideas.

      Cons

      The company is established in some specific game markets and has found it difficult to find success outside those specific genres. This gives the company stability but you better like Zombies or Horses if you want to work there. ; )

      Pros

      The people there are very nice and the general work environment is super chill and friendly.

      Cons

      Entry and mid level pay was poor even by video game industry standards (very close to minimum wage). I left after a year for another role for much better compensation, however one lead seemed to take me leaving poorly, despite bringing up the topic of pay multiple times.
