Pros
Although it's a struggling business, the staff are friendly.
Cons
One of the owners outlined that I was retroactively switched from salaried to hourly with the expectation that I work during non work hours with no expectation of overtime. They also tried to coerce me to sign a waiver to waive my legal right for lunch breaks. This work environment is hostile and has questionable work ethics.
