very bad and toxic company - Technician PiiComm Employee Review

Since 2013 I have had the opportunity to work in sales, recruiting, customer on boarding and marketing. I have been given opportunities to develop collateral, website content and contribute to building sales and go to market strategies. This is one of the best positions I've had in my working career. If you are the type of person that needs regular supervision and a 9-5 predictable job - this is not for you. However if you want to be constantly challenged, being given the latitude to actually enact your own ideas and follow them through this is where you want to be!

Because we are growing so rapidly and aren't yet at the point in our growth to have more people, cross-departmental communications could improve although strides are already moving in that direction.

I have been working for PiiComm since 2013. This company offers tremendous opportunity and professional growth to anyone willing to learn and work hard. Sr. management leads through mentor-ship and there is a huge support system in place - a real team atmosphere. They do a great job of promoting internally and rewarding ambition and good work ethic. I have learned more than I thought possible in a few short years and genuinely look forward to coming to the office every day!
