executives and management have very big salaries while the rest of us are left to rot with barely what counts as a salary for the work done. not to mention nepotism is very present in this company. Also, imagine letting a COO like dean cook sleep with one of the employees when he already has a family??

Since 2013 I have had the opportunity to work in sales, recruiting, customer on boarding and marketing. I have been given opportunities to develop collateral, website content and contribute to building sales and go to market strategies. This is one of the best positions I've had in my working career. If you are the type of person that needs regular supervision and a 9-5 predictable job - this is not for you. However if you want to be constantly challenged, being given the latitude to actually enact your own ideas and follow them through this is where you want to be!

Because we are growing so rapidly and aren't yet at the point in our growth to have more people, cross-departmental communications could improve although strides are already moving in that direction.
