Decent employees, poor management - Anonymous employee Pigler Automation Employee Review

Rude CEO, poor management, poor training. I was underperforming in my job and given a performance improvement plan of action that consisted of the CEO and COO telling me to do better or I was fired. With little to go on, I began taking copious notes and asking questions only after I exhausted other resources. I was fired 2 weeks later. My fellow employees were friendly and intelligent.
