Working here has been an incredibly positive experience. The company culture is one of the best parts — supportive, down-to-earth, and genuinely team-oriented. I’ve always felt valued and included, which isn’t something you find everywhere in this industry. The work-life balance is excellent, and leadership truly respects personal time. The team-building events are a huge highlight as well; they make it easy to connect with coworkers and build strong relationships across departments. One of the things I appreciate most is the room for growth. There are real opportunities to develop your skills, take on new challenges, and move forward in your career. The feedback from managers is consistent, constructive, and encouraging, which has helped me grow professionally. I was led to believe this experience would result in growth within the company however I was deceived. Human Resources would check on me every two weeks because they knew the business developer I would be assisting had a problem with a majority of the staff. I was scrutinized amongst my colleagues and even clients in sales meetings. Every day I went to work I was ready to be antagonized. The pay was not nearly worth the mental and emotional damage provided by said supervisor.
