Pros
The director is genuinely one of the nicest people I’ve worked for — treats employees with respect, trust, and dignity. • Stunning, high-quality products that are a pleasure to work with and represent. • A diverse team from all sorts of backgrounds, which makes the environment interesting and dynamic.
Cons
• Extremely poor salary compared to industry standards. Even very small pay increases are a battle. • Lack of accountability when things go wrong — especially with new system implementations, where new employees often get blamed instead of the company taking responsibility. • Some employees, including managers in the showroom, treat staff very poorly. At times, this crosses into bullying, with complaints not taken seriously. • No functioning HR department in London, meaning there’s nowhere safe or impartial to raise concerns. When issues are raised, the person speaking up is sometimes labeled as “aggressive” rather than supported — which is unacceptable.
