Pros

You work from home, get some tools and a skype number with unlimited credit.

Cons

Uhh where to start!!! You have to bring your own laptop, you work at least 12 hours a day, gender inequality, no benefits, no health insurance, ask for holidays and get a laugh, very very bad management who have no idea where they are going and what they are doing, lots and lots of bulling, watch out for the grins! Still, I would recommend the company, to someone who needs cash and doesnt have a life!!

Pros

Many employees rave about them, but you have to know where the employees who do are from. Pierpoint primarily employs offshore recruiters in Central and Latin America. The opportunity to work with US companies is excellent for recruiters based in Argentina, Brazil, Mexico, and other LATAM countries. Since the clients are in the US, recruiters get paid substantially more than they could earn in their countries.

Cons

Pierpoint and its founder present themselves as a much more polished and sophisticated organization than they are. That is not my experience at all. However, they have dramatically updated their website so that I will give them kudos. But that is the issue: No matter how you wrap it up with Marketing and a public persona, you can not change who you are and how you operate. Also, this notion of RPO—meh. They are just placing recruiters on contracts with clients and do not have a complete service offering other than providing a cheap rate to US clients and tacking on a margin of $35-45/hr. to the client. So, US recruiters are paid well below market, and benefits are available only if you pay for them. Last but certainly not least, their CEO is a Queen, and you better not have a different opinion or outlook because she will hold a grudge, and you go from hero to persona non grata in a heartbeat permanently.
