Pros
Not sure what the other reviews are up to but this is a sales role, you have to sell to keep your job, and you are given every chance to train and develop. Its a good fun working environment but if you aren't selling you should re-consider a role in sales, this isn't Pieroth's problem it is a career choice. I was lucky enough to have great training and a successful 6 months in Australia with this company. There is HUGE potential if you have the get up and go to build your customer base and there is a handful of very good people in the Sydney office that do well for themselves. I enjoyed every second of working with these people and they did a alot for my wife and I on a proffesional and personal level, for that we will be eternally grateful. Aaron and Ellie.
Cons
Be wary of what you are promised, you may earn a reward for high sales one week and have it withdrawn the next. part and parcel of a sales environment.
