Pros
Vrijmibos, free lunch, nice warehouse team.
Cons
Extremely toxic work environment, micromanaging at its finest, tiring work. This company runs on the overwork and exploitation of internationals, who are treated incredibly poorly. The management and hire ups do their jobs very porly. One boss never sets foot in the warehouse, and another lives in an “exotic” country but still micromanages from a distance, making life miserable for everyone here. No matter how hard you work, it’s never enough. There’s always “room for improvement,” even when you’re already giving your all. If you dare to speak up or stand up for yourself, you’ll face backlash, passive-aggressive comments, or stonewalling. They love to stir up drama and tension between warehouse workers just to keep people from getting close. It’s very much a “be friendly, but don’t be friends” kind of place. The atmosphere is toxic by design — they want you isolated, tired, and compliant. For new employees, the goals they set are nearly impossible to reach. It takes months before you can earn more than minimum wage. Break times are short, there’s nowhere to sit for eight hours straight, and the work itself feels endless and pointless. They call it “productivity,” but it’s really just busywork that drains you mentally and physically.
