The jobs offered pay reasonably well, with a new contract on the way and new union leadership I remain hopeful that the pay will get even better shortly. In addition to the pay, there are a whole slew of excellent benefits offered as well as a bunch of great people you get to work with.

As a new Operator, the hours are going to suck. There is no way around it. Some New Operator Classes went straight from training to Full Time - some people waited 5 years for that opportunity.

Excellent pay, and challenging work.

Toxic management that plays favorites, does not hold individuals accountable, and effectively kills the messanger.
