Your accomplishments will go unnoticed or appropriated by someone else. You will be thrown under the bus at a whim. A complete disorganized mess oozing with inefficiency and missed deadlines. The incessant verbal vitriol of the vile managing partner will test you each day and affect your personal life. His ego prevents him from sharing any success when something goes well or take responsibility when something goes poorly. The firm's systemic high turnover forces people out and brings in oblivious new hires. The revolving door does not aid confidence in future gainful employment, nor reflect well on the business in itself. Do your homework and contact previous employees. Your mental health will thank you.
