I had been an independent contractor with Pie Pay. Pie Pay has breached our contract that clearly states they are required to pay out residual commissions for the duration of the merchant contracts. Pie Pay has clearly breached our contract and have been uncommunicative as they refuse to respond to multiple email requests. Additionally, Pie Pay does not have the best interest of merchants at heart. I have seen it time and time again where they don't clearly communicate all fees to merchants. I strongly suggest all merchants and anyone considering working for this company keep their distance. Craig, Hunter, Carson, and Briton are all conmen who couldn't care less about anybody but themselves. They will lie, cheat, and steal to get what they want.
