Pros

Nothing to say it's a scam company

Cons

This company primarily targets students and fresh graduates from universities, including NITs, IITs, and private colleges. In my experience, many students join with high expectations but soon find themselves under constant observation and performance monitoring. One of the biggest issues was the unrealistic workload. Employees were assigned multiple projects simultaneously and expected to complete them within extremely short deadlines, sometimes within a day. Despite putting in significant effort, people were often told their performance was inadequate. I personally witnessed students being terminated after only a short period, with the reason given being poor performance. This created an environment of uncertainty and fear rather than learning and growth. During the interview process, the company presented numerous testimonials and success stories that painted a very positive picture of the workplace. However, my actual experience was very different from what was portrayed during recruitment. Another concerning aspect was the pressure on students to provide positive reviews and testimonials. Many felt compelled to do so in order to maintain a good relationship with the company or receive certificates and documentation related to their tenure. The company has also responded to negative reviews by claiming that former employees are simply upset about being terminated. Based on my experience, this explanation ignores many of the genuine concerns raised by students and former employees regarding workload, management practices, and job security. I would strongly advise students and fresh graduates to conduct extensive research, read reviews carefully, and speak with former employees before accepting an offer.
