Tech - drink the "cool-aid" and don't think too hard about it
Cons
Management - shocking - not a clue, no GTM plan, strategy.....
Culture - is worse

- Dynamic product/tech with a significant roster of F500 clients
- Surrounded by highly experienced/accomplished operators
- Culture is team oriented and action oriented. Everybody willing to roll up sleeves
- Designated by Gartner, Forrester, and others as the leader in the space
- Company is very healthy from a financial and operational perspective, offering stability
- Great benefits and pay. Managers look to reward hard work.
Cons
None for me - but expect to be treated like a high-performing professional focused on accountability, execution, and outcomes. This is not for everybody, but typically those that are not accustom to performing at a high-level are weeded out during the interview process.
Product is solid, company has lots of resources to leverage, Alper the CEO seems like a good leader. The Turks are super nice people. Lots of positives outside of US sales.
Cons
Pretty simple. Culture/sales leadership. Do the research before joining. You’ll figure it out quickly. Revolving door.
Quotas are unrealistic, as is the work life balance. Hope you like working weekends.
