Pros

One of the best things about Picus is the high level of trust people are given from day one. Employees are empowered to take ownership, contribute ideas, and make a real impact regardless of their role. Despite its growth, the company has successfully maintained its startup energy. The culture is collaborative, leadership is accessible, and there are continuous opportunities for personal and professional development. It is a place where your work is visible and genuinely valued.

Cons

As the company continues to scale, processes and priorities naturally evolve. This occasionally requires employees to adapt quickly, but it is also part of what keeps the environment exciting and innovative.

Pros

- Dynamic product/tech with a significant roster of F500 clients - Surrounded by highly experienced/accomplished operators - Culture is team oriented and action oriented. Everybody willing to roll up sleeves - Designated by Gartner, Forrester, and others as the leader in the space - Company is very healthy from a financial and operational perspective, offering stability - Great benefits and pay. Managers look to reward hard work.

Cons

None for me - but expect to be treated like a high-performing professional focused on accountability, execution, and outcomes. This is not for everybody, but typically those that are not accustom to performing at a high-level are weeded out during the interview process.

Pros

Product is solid, company has lots of resources to leverage, Alper the CEO seems like a good leader. The Turks are super nice people. Lots of positives outside of US sales.

Cons

Pretty simple. Culture/sales leadership. Do the research before joining. You’ll figure it out quickly. Revolving door. Quotas are unrealistic, as is the work life balance. Hope you like working weekends.
