Pros
Picus offers really interesting challenges and the possibility to work on topics that one is passionate about. Even as a Working Student, you are considered as full part of the team and get the opportuntiy to challenge the status-quo. Great team spirit, regular team events and super smart & inspiring colleagues make coming to the office plenty of fun and create a good working environment. Another big pro is the feedback culture, as there is a well-structured and regular feedback process in place but colleagues also give a lot of sponateneous feedback and credit for the work one does.
Cons
The diversity in the teams could be higher but Picus is making an effort and working towards that.
