Pros

Some people are nice, the office is clean.

Cons

Where do I start... Must be at the office five days a week. People are being monitored, but the management doesn't share anything. Huge workload, no empathy or work-life balance. People are leaving and no new people are hired. High hierarchy. Your skills and expertise is nothing if your boss wants to boss. No promotions or salary increases, but more and more responsibilities. Everything must be learned by yourself. Networking and self development is not supported. Huge silos. No communication. Everything is done in excel. The office, culture and management style is like traveling back in time to the early nineties.

Pros

Can’t think of any. Please refer to the below section.

Cons

Zero respect is given towards people. Nasty comments are flown around in front of people in larger meetings to embarrass and belittle completely capable people. Blaming culture is extremely strong, and there is a history of people leaving due to management that bully their people. HR does absolutely nothing from what I’ve heard. Management is extremely entitled thinking they’re big shots when they don’t even remember what they asked the team to do initially. They forget and then later blame their team if things don’t go well based on the direction leadership initially gave them. People on the teams are constantly stressed and looking to get out. If you are considering coming to this place, run away while you still have the chance. Pay is mediocre. If you are employed in the US, medical benefits are almost laughable to the point you might as well not get “benefits” at all, and the company probably won’t change that just because their HQ is based in Finland and they have free healthcare. If you’re going to operate in the US, follow US norms and labor expectations.

Pros

Mostly nice and friendly people, until you bring up the US labor laws.

Cons

When I informed co that they should pay overtime to us field service engineers and showed them what FLSA law states, they still said no to overtime. All past field jobs I've had came with car allowance, free life insurance, and 401k plan. This company has none of this and also didnt give us a company credit card for our expenses (air, hotel, rental car, etc). Although we get reimbursed after expense report is done, we shouldn't be held liable using our own credit cards.
