      Salary is totally fine compared with others

      Cons

      No annual leave freedom, you are only able to have two weeks off in Aug and two weeks off for Christmas. Totally a disaster for vacation in Europe. NO BANK HOLIDAYS! Because Sunday & Monday will become your weekend. No insurance or other benefits.
