      Relaxed office environment, most people are very friendly, knowledgeable and happy to help Interesting approach to IT and transformation.

      Cons

      I had a terrible, aggressive and completely incompetent manager for the first 6 months. By the time she was removed my external job search had been successful. Budget justifications are understandably tough

      Staff are friendly except management Flexibility for employees with families, but that's all Parking on-site Not too many pros I'm afraid

      Cons

      *Care more about profits than customers *Decades behind in technology *Very hierarchal bunch of power trippers *Building is in need of a renovation
