      Very high staff turnover Always understaffed Managment never around when you need them Think they have a great culture but they DO NOT Lack of duty of care when it comes to staff health and wellbeing. Poor training

      Staff are friendly except management Flexibility for employees with families, but that's all Parking on-site Not too many pros I'm afraid

      *Care more about profits than customers *Decades behind in technology *Very hierarchal bunch of power trippers *Building is in need of a renovation
