      Pros

      An amazing team that supports one another. Being a startup, the opportunity for growth is amazing, and it feel's great knowing that we are building something, instead of just being a cog in a machine. Benefits are great too.

      Cons

      Remote work can be challenging at times.

      Pros

      A lot of smart people worked here and the culture was fun at times.

      Cons

      All of those smart people lacked direction and often did not seem to be on the same page. There were too many rounds of layoffs to count. If you work at Picket you will get laid off at some point. The company is barely staying afloat so unfortunately that's just the reality.
