      If you’re looking for micro management and lack of training, then the marketing dept is perfect for you. So much internal drama and politics that none of your concerns will be heard by upper “management” and you will struggle while being told you’re under performing.

      Small company family vibe. Management is great. Lots of growth and room for opportunities. It's just a fun team to work with in general.

      Cons

      Fully remote so I only get to see coworkers a few times a year and have an office at my apartment.

      Pros

      Family-owned and growing company. I have worked here for 11 years and would recommend working here to anybody. They are always willing to listen to employee ideas. Care about their employees and their well-being, as well as their work/life balance. Very customer-centric - willing to work with our customers to get them the solutions that they need.

      Because we are growing so fast, there are some growing pains.
