      Pros

      Pickering Interfaces is one big happy family. A relaxed working environment, with no dress code. Opportunities for education and learning, and career progression as the company is growing. A great bunch of people. You are not a number, you are really looked after. Very low staff turnover. Very supportive of family commitments.

      Cons

      Offices are basic - you freeze in the winter and bake to death in the summer. Company has a very unstructured setup which is great if you are self motivated, not so great if you like structure and being told what to do.

      Pros

      Small company family vibe. Management is great. Lots of growth and room for opportunities. It's just a fun team to work with in general.

      Cons

      Fully remote so I only get to see coworkers a few times a year and have an office at my apartment.

      If you’re looking for micro management and lack of training, then the marketing dept is perfect for you. So much internal drama and politics that none of your concerns will be heard by upper “management” and you will struggle while being told you’re under performing.
