      - Good company and comfortable setting - Nice people and the management - Competitive pay - Soft landing on audit field

      Cons

      - The client focus is on CIRA (Common Interest Realty Association). So if you are planning to expand the career path, Picker and Associates may not be the ideal place to work for. - No 401(k) match
