      A lot of the work force is students on campus, so the hierarchy of communication may become confusing at times

      I appreciated the friendly work environment, opportunity to practice customer service, and relaxed setting.

      Cons

      As a CSR, there was little to no career development besides any training required for ticket sales and recital scheduling.
