      The house managers are students so they are quite lenient and laid-back. Can do homework during downtime. Some concerts are fun to watch.

      Cons

      You don't get assigned many hours, if you want to take more than about 6 hours a week you need to work for it and substitute for people.

      I appreciated the friendly work environment, opportunity to practice customer service, and relaxed setting.

      Cons

      As a CSR, there was little to no career development besides any training required for ticket sales and recital scheduling.
