very bad managers and incompetent

Had good culture but it has been downhill lately

The company started out four years ago. They still haven't figured out what they want to do and keep pivoting every year. The culture was good but now it's down the drain if you have better options do not join. If you are going to be working directly or indirectly with Saurabh Agarwal don't join he has zero empathy, morals or ethics and the founders turn a blind eye towards his actions because he knows how to win their favour I think he is single-handedly responsible for the toxic culture in the company a lot of it stems from his actions. Even if they are paying you more you would be better off choosing a company with more clarity or a better culture.
