• pay was inaccurate and dodgy • no fixed shift, no leave pay, no part time contract laws were followed • was being paid the absolute minimum and withheld from my pay rise • no sick leave pay • breaks were missed or given at the final minutes of your shift • no career progression • chefs were rude
