Be prepared to be insulted whether you make a mistake or even when you are doing things correctly, as for Julien, nothing is ever good enough. During my short time there, I witnessed at least eight people come and go within a few days due to the abusive treatment. Many times, this mistreatment was clearly directed based on your skin color or country of origin.
